The spring ball on these actually holds the nut in place while you slide the profile into position, which saved me a ton of fumbling on my last build. They drop right into 40-series 8mm slots too, so I didn't have to hunt down special hardware. Ten in the pack was just enough for my rig.
These T-nuts drop right into the 8mm slot and lock securely with the spring ball. Made setting up my rig much quicker than expected.

Only reason it's not five stars is that a couple of the ten had slightly stiff springs, but they loosened up after a few uses. Solid little set for the price
