The spring ball on these actually holds the nut in place while you slide the profile into position, which saved me a ton of fumbling on my last build. They drop right into 40-series 8mm slots too, so I didn't have to hunt down special hardware. Ten in the pack was just enough for my rig.
These T-nuts drop right into the 8mm slot and lock securely with the spring ball. Made setting up my rig much quicker than expected.
